Even when you’re doing work that you LOVE, it’s easy to dip into burnout. Yep, I’ve been there! Today I’m having an honest conversation with my soul sis (and incredible yoga instructor) Taylor Wray about how to identify the symptoms of burnout, and also how to prevent it with some simple mindfulness practices.

Taylor is a yoga instructor who is passionate about creating an inclusive yoga community. She loves to share the yoga lifestyle, what it means to ‘live yoga’, and offers mindfulness tools to help others connect deeper to themselves and those around them. Taylor also leads Livin In Flow yoga and mindfulness retreats around the world with her partner, sharing her love of adventure, travel and community.
