How many times have you heard the phrase, “if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.” While that’s partly true, I’m digging beneath the surface of that idea on today’s episode and confronting the fears that come up with imposter syndrome and outgrowing relationships. I explain how to reframe your thoughts and find ways to add value to any group. I also discuss the importance of putting your own growth before relationships that might be holding you back.
