Just because you have a belief about yourself, what you're capable of, and what other people have over you, it doesn’t mean that it’s true. It’s critical to start to evaluate the thoughts that we hold about ourselves and what’s possible, instead of just accepting them as fact. Coming to terms with this idea has completely transformed my confidence and helped me turn down the volume on my harsh inner-critic. In part two of the Confidence Code series, I’m sharing three concrete practices that have helped me to rewire my thoughts to be more empowering and in alignment with my dreams. I talk about breaking the cycle of my insecurities, how beliefs get formed, and the changes that I’ve noticed in myself since embarking on this thought work journey.
