Sierra Rainge-Jones is a three-time best selling author, inspirational speaker, brand strategist, and the CEO of Live Limitless Media Group, a full service book and brand agency helping women build personal brands through the art of storytelling. Sierra opens up about her journey, all the way from becoming a mom during her freshman year of college, working as a juvenile detention officer post-grad, launching her business, and now discovering new avenues that light her up. She describes herself as an “overcomer” and explains how she has developed resilience during times of extreme adversity. She’s currently in a season of integrating profit, passion, and purpose, and shares her strategy for how she’s doing that. We also touch on why expansion requires restructuring and how to maintain your vision when it’s tested by challenges.
