Have you heard of Tapping? I was familiar with the concept before my conversation with today’s guest, but this interview has me convinced that I need to incorporate this simple practice into my daily routine.
Jessica Ortner is a mom, EFT Tapping expert and New York Times Best Selling Author. She teaches a powerful self-soothing technique called tapping, which combines modern psychology and ancient Chinese acupressure points.
